Due to its unique artistic value, mosaic ceramics are widely used in construction-related fields. To meet the artist's demand for high-quality mosaic ceramic to create artistic works, it is necessary to meet the needs for efficient screening of mosaic ceramic tiles. Different from the ordinary large-target ceramics, mosaic ceramics exhibit characteristics of small tile sizes, a variety of colors, large demand for quantities, and easy reflection on the surface. Common manual detection methods show problems of low efficiency or accuracy, easy to fatigue, and many others. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a new detection method to identify surface defects of mosaic ceramic tiles and designs a detection system platform to achieve rapid detection. The experiment proves that the detection system has a detection rate of 93.99% for small defects on the surface of mosaic ceramic tiles, and the detection time of a single mosaic ceramic tile is less than 0.06 s. The detection method can quickly and accurately screen out high-quality, defect-free mosaic ceramic tiles, which can effectively improve the quality and artistic value of mosaic ceramic art creation. 相似文献

Although hybrid Petri net (HPN) is a popular formalism in modelling hybrid production systems, the HPN model of large scale systems gets substantially complicated for analysis and control due to large dimensionality of such systems. To overcome this problem, a typical approach is to decompose the net into subnets and then control the plant through hierarchical or decentralized structures. Although this concept has been widely discussed in the literature for discrete PNs, there is a lack of research for HPNs. In this paper, a new method of decomposition of first-order hybrid Petri nets (FOHPNs) is proposed first and then the hierarchical control of the subnets through a coordinator is introduced. The advantage of using the proposed approach is validated by an existing example. A sugar milling case study is analysed by using a decomposed FOHPN model and the optimization results are compared against the results of the approaches presented in other papers. Simulation results show not only an improvement in production rate, but also show the ability to control the plant online. In addition, by using the hierarchical control structure for an FOHPN model, it is possible to reduce the cost of communication links, improve the reliability of the system, maintain the plant locally, and partially redesign the system. 相似文献

A double-layer coating composed of MoSi2–SiO2–SiC/ZrB2–MoSi2–SiC was designed and successfully constructed by a novel combination of precursor pyrolysis assisted sintering and rapid sintering to improve the ablation resistance of SiOC ceramic modified carbon fiber needled felt preform composites (CSs). The ZrB2–MoSi2–SiC inner layer coating was in relatively uniform distribution in the zone of 0–3 mm from the surface of CSs through the slurry/precursor infiltration in vacuum and SiOC precursor pyrolysis assisted sintering, which played a predominant role in improving oxidation and ablation resistance and maintaining the morphology of CSs. The MoSi2–SiO2–SiC outer layer coating was prepared by the spray and rapid sintering to further protect CSs from high-temperature oxidation. The ablation resistance of CSs coated with double-layer coating was evaluated by an oxygen-acetylene ablation test under the temperature of 1600–1800 °C with different ablation time of 1000 and 1500 s. The results revealed that the mass recession rates increased with the rise of ablation temperature and extension of ablation time, ranging from 0.47 g/(m2·s) to 0.98 g/(m2·s) at 1600–1800 °C for 1000 s and from 0.72 g/(m2·s) to 0.86 g/(m2·s) for 1000–1500 s at 1700 °C, while the linear recession rates showed negative values at 1700 °C due to the formation of oxides, such as SiO2 and ZrO2. The ablation mechanism of the double-layer coating was analyzed and found that a SiO2–ZrO2–Mo4.8Si3C0.6 oxidation protection barrier would be formed during the ablation process to prevent the oxygen diffusion into the interior CSs, and this study provided a novel and effective way to fabricate high-temperature oxidation protective and ablation resistant coating. 相似文献

Li7La3Zr2O12-based garnet-type solid electrolytes are promising candidates for use in all-solid-state lithium batteries (ASSLBs). However, their potential in large-scale commercial applications is largely hindered by the time/energy-consuming and lithium-wasting synthetic method which typically needs a long-duration high temperature solid state reaction process. Herein we invent a fast preparation route that involves a short-period thermal reaction (1100 °C for 10 min) in laboratory muffle furnaces following by conventional hot pressing technique to get almost fully dense (Al, Ga, Ta, Nb)-doped garnet-type electrolytes with high phase purity (>99.9 %). The large and compact grains, low porosity and high phase purities of garnet ceramic electrolytes synthesized in this study ensure superior electrochemical performance. Particularly, Ga-doped cubic Li7La3Zr2O12 shows extremely low Ea values (0.17?0.18 eV) and record-high lithium ionic conductivities (>2 × 10?3 S cm-1 at 25 °C). 相似文献

Raney-type Ni precursor alloys containing 75 at.% Al and doped with 0, 0.75, 1.5 and 3.0 at.% Ti have been produced by a gas atomization process. The resulting powders have been classified by size fraction with subsequent investigation by powder XRD, SEM and EDX analysis. The undoped powders contain, as expected, the phases Ni2Al3, NiAl3 and an Al-eutectic. The Ti-doped powders contain an additional phase with the TiAl3 DO22 crystal structure. However, quantitative analysis of the XRD results indicate a far greater fraction of the TiAl3 phase is present than could be accounted for by a simple mass balance on Ti. This appears to be a (TixNi1−x)Al3 phase in which higher cooling rates favour small x (low Ti-site occupancy by Ti atoms). SEM and EDX analysis reveal that virtually all the available Ti is contained within the TiAl3 phase, with negligible Ti dissolved in either the Ni2Al3 or NiAl3 phases. 相似文献

Drop-tube processing was used to rapidly solidify droplets of Ni64.7Fe10Si25.3 and Ni59.7Fe15Si25.3 alloys. In the larger droplets, and therefore at low cooling rates, only two phases, γ-Ni31Si12 and β1-Ni3Si were observed. Conversely, in the smaller droplets, and therefore at higher cooling rates, the metastable phase Ni25Si9 was also observed. The critical cooling rate for the formation of Ni25Si9 was estimated as 5 × 103 K s−1. SEM and TEM analysis reveals three typical microstructures: (I) a regular structure, comprising single-phase γ-Ni31Si12 and a eutectic structure between γ-Ni31Si12 and β1-Ni3Si; (II) a refined lamellar structure with a lamellar spacing <50 nm comprising γ-Ni31Si12 and β1-Ni3Si; (III) an anomalous structure with a matrix of Ni25Si9 and only a very small proportion of a second, and as yet unidentified, phase. These results indicate that there is an extended stability field for Ni25Si9 in the Ni-rich part of the Ni–Fe–Si ternary system in comparison to the Ni–Si binary system. With an increase of cooling rate, an increasing fraction of small droplets experience high undercoolings and, therefore, can be undercooled into the Ni25Si9 stability field forming droplets consisting of only the anomalous structure (III). The Fe atoms are found to occupy different substitutional sites in different phase, i.e. Fe substitutes for Ni in the γ phase and Si in the L12 (β1) phase respectively. 相似文献
